With Passion & Purpose

I  grew up in Michigan, I relocated to Cape Cod in the early 1990's where I studied and worked in the wellness industry.  I  became known for my style of Energy Work, Massage, Meditation and Pilates classes.

 In 2003, I created an office space which quickly grew into a unique Health & Wellness center.  I  owned and operated BodyWork Health & Wellness Center on Cape Cod for over 13 years.  

I have so many wonderful memories.  I  have enjoyed many years of  working one on one with clients and teaching.  I love inspiring clients toward positive, supportive, healthful thinking.

Life continues to amaze me

 In 2016, I relocated again, this time back to my home state.  My husband and I decided to take time to ourselves and to enjoy some traveling.  We now split our time between Michigan and Florida.  

I have continued my work with my energy clients through phone sessions.   

I am excited to build an online presence, so that I can broaden my reach, plus I am really looking forward to teaching again! 

I love working with Energy!

I have a deep faith in the wonders and mysteries of all life.  I see myself as a catalyst for healing and for finding balance.  I love being a creative force, spreading the good, not adding to the chaos, by honoring all that exits.body/ mind/ home/ land/ nature.  I define myself as a bodyworker, poem/ song writer, gardener, and a lover of life.

 

As a child I was a reluctant intuitive, believe me when I tell you that this “intuition” has not always felt like a gift!   I felt as confused as most young people; trying to make sense of this life and my place in it. My perspective began to shift when I realized how fortunate I was to to be aware of the energy in all things.  When I began to celebrate being open to energy, everything in my life began to flow.  

 

Accepting my intuition sparked an interest in studying energy and alternative health. It didn’t take me long to realize that I could help people, so I began offering energy balancing sessions.  I worked in a few wellness centers on the Cape, namely,  The Barnstable Holistic Center & The Stress Management Center in Osterville.

 

In 2003, I established my own massage/ bodywork practice, which grew into a unique wellness center.  I loved my practice and the women I worked with at BodyWork Health & Wellness Center for over 13 years.

 I really love working with energy!  I get to play with energy.  I get to remove energy blocks within the body and also  within the land. I get to empower people. I get to help people find clarity, build strength, define their faith, or simply choose better.  I am honored to be able to offer this type of work.

 

Today, I  am incredibly grateful for l to be who I am and to feel and see “the more in life”.  This openness has allowed me to be a part of the mysterious, magical part of life! 

I feel fortunate beyond words to know and feel this connection, as well as, celebrate it!

I believe that we all crave connection.  Connection with both the energy around us and the energy within us.  We also crave a connection with our community and our faith.  Defining our faith as well as our belief system is a critical step in discovering our awareness and finding our  inner strength, our inner peace. 

I strongly believe that we all need to reconnect what disconnects us.
