What should I expect?
Most clients experience a feeling of deep relaxation & whole body/ mind rejuvenation. Some clients feel the energy in the way of heat/ cold sensation; it can also feel like a pressure/ release/ flowing/ moving/ opening sensation. Some clients feel little sensation, but they experience deep relaxation, many fall asleep. There is no right or wrong way to sense energy.
What you feel and experience depends on your awareness and your connection to your body.
